Honestly, I didn't expect much, but they surprised me. The tech showed up on time, and this guy knew his stuff. He diagnosed the issue in no time. It turns out it was a faulty water valve. Super knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed it before you could say 'spin cycle.' It was a relief to have my laundry routine back on track without the stress. GE service at its finest.
